At Middle of Beyond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition collectibles and final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship Item Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our warehouse address provided in the authorization email.
Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
